Slightly two years after the establishment of VIP Models Management, the outfit has metamorphosed to become part of a unique virtual colony, VIP Colony. At the moment, the constituents of the colony are the VIP Models Management, its flagship outfit as well as VIP Academy, a training and development outfit and VIP Studios, which operates as a media and communications outfit. All constituents are with a mandate of making formidable impact in the Nigerian community as well as Africa as a whole. Expectations are that the VIP constituency will continue to expand with the addition of other VIP outfits.
In the aspect of modelling, one would believe that Nigerian modelling industry has come of age and it is time for stakeholders to take ownership of their industry, not waiting for other sectors to fuel its growth and success or relying solely on foreign and external projects to gain recognition. This can only be achieved by evolving innovations, in this, the VIP Colony is committed to. The directors of the Colony are committed professionals on the job being vast in various aspects of media, modeling, communication, business and the likes.
The concept of the colony is structured to benefit all as both clients and models alike can harness related bespoke services from one point and the need for this cannot be over emphasized; for models, this includes making available the opportunity for models to interact and be exposed to professionals in various related spheres as well as to attend trainings and programmes related to the industry with a focus on building better professional models. Example is the periodic boot camps in various region of the country as well as other seminars and also not forgetting fashion shows.
